Sheena Barnett joined the Canada Revenue Agency in 2019 as a Taxpayer Services Agent. She then accepted a position with the Volunteer and Benefits Outreach Program in early 2022. Sheena has assisted organizations participating in the Community Volunteer and Outreach Program (CVITP) with registrations and training of their volunteers on tax filing software so that vulnerable taxpayers may file their returns to receive the benefits they are entitled to. Sheena has also participated in many organization events across the province of Ontario to deliver information on CRA administered benefits and credits and the Canadian Tax System. Sheena was previously the Officer overseeing the Ottawa Region and is now overseeing the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
