Jon Pinkus is an employment lawyer and Partner with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP’s Labour and Employment Law practice group. Working through the firm’s Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver offices, he represents clients across Ontario and B.C.
Jon has successfully advocated for clients before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and both the lower and Divisional Court levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Jon is often called upon to host the Employment Law Show on Global News Radio. He provides valuable insight to employees and employers, and answers caller questions about workplace rights on the only show about employment law heard and seen across Canada.
Prior to joining Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, Jon worked as a lawyer for a boutique employment law firm in Toronto, where he represented both employees and employers, and conducted independent workplace investigations. Clients appreciate Jon’s resoluteness in developing efficient, personalized, and practical solutions to their workplace issues.
