This is an education information workshop about the connection between Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia. This is an opportunity for clients, carepartners and the community to speak with professionals through PSSO and the Alzheimer’s Society regarding: navigating the medical system with both diagnoses, programs and services available in the community and supports available to carepartners and clients while remaining at home.
