Designed for beginner to intermediate participants, this class is ideal for those who use a cane, walker, or move independently at a slower pace. We focus on improving confidence, balance, and coordination — especially helpful for individuals experiencing freezing, festination, or posture-related challenges. With supportive guidance and steady pacing, this class offers a safe space to build strength and regain control of everyday movement.
Movement & Motion II
Building Strength, Confidence, and Floor Mobility
Our intermediate to strong-level class is perfect for those ready to take movement to the next level. This class includes training on how to safely get up from the floor, as well as exercises involving kneeling and half-kneeling positions. It’s ideal for participants looking to build resilience, flexibility, and full-body strength — with a focus on functional movement that supports independence.
