Donna Clarke-McMullen

Donna Clarke-McMullen, BScN, MN, RN Psychotherapist is a Registered Nurse with 35 years of community experience, she is also a psychotherapist who uses a solution-focused and nervous system regulation approach to help clients build on their strengths and achieve wellness goals. She holds a BScN from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Nursing from Athabasca University. She works with individuals and couples to support mental health, relationships, sleep, adult development, and sexual health.

Julia Prouse

Julia Prouse, BNSc, MPH, RN Psychotherapist is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist based in Kingston, Ontario. She has a Bachelor of Nursing Science and a Master’s of Public Health from Queen’s University. She has over a decade of experience in Public Health and currently works at the Tri Health Clinic, where she helps individuals and couples navigate sexual and relationship concerns, with a focus on emotional connection and sexual well-being. She integrates ACT, EFT and CBT in her work, offering a warm, informal, and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their experiences.
