Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2026 Research Celebration, an evening dedicated to the future of Parkinson’s care and discovery.
Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario proudly invested $100,000, awarding $25,000 each to graduate researchers Miranda Da Silva, William LeBoeuf, Alexandria Northey, and Viveka Pimenta. Each recipient was presented with their funding cheque and shared their project, highlighting how their work could benefit people affected by Parkinson’s—from earlier detection and emerging treatments to the role of exercise and a better understanding of neurodegeneration.
