Join our NEW Yoga for Parkinson’s Dunnville with Joy VanderVlist!
All poses will be modified to match the needs of the class, and can be preformed from a seated position.
Joy is a highly experienced yoga instructor, well-versed in the benefits of yoga for people living with PD- which include building strength, increasing flexibility, focus, memory, and more.
This 7-session series begins Friday, May 2nd, and ends on June 27th.
The many benefits of yoga extend to people without Parkinson’s, so we encourage carepartners to register as well!
