Yoga for Parkinson’s Returns to Guelph!
Yoga for Parkinson’s offers a gentle and therapeutic approach to movement designed for people living with Parkinson’s. All exercises can be performed from a seated position and are adaptable to individual abilities, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

Classes focus on supporting mobility, balance, coordination, and strength, with breathwork and rhythm incorporated to encourage nervous system regulation and motor function. Guided relaxation is also included to help reduce stress and support overall well-being. With an emphasis on breath, movement, and enjoyment, participants are encouraged to move at their own pace.

Meet Your Instructor
We are excited to partner with Chloe Chaput, a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Yoga Instructor specializing in nervous system health, mobility, and accessible movement.

Living with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chloe brings a personal understanding of how movement, breathwork, yoga, and Ayurveda can support quality of life. Her own experiences have shaped a compassionate and adaptable approach to teaching, with a focus on creating classes where participants feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to move in ways that work for them.
