Hosted by Eric Cunliffe, Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga specifically adapted for individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease.

It involves seated and supported movements that focus on improving flexibility, balance, posture, and relaxation. By using a chair for stability, participants can safely perform stretches, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques.

Chair Yoga can help reduce stiffness, enhance mobility, and promote a sense of calm and well-being, making it a supportive practice for managing Parkinson’s symptoms.
