Meet Your Instructor
Katie Yeandle is a Registered Kinesiologist and owner of Achieving Motion. She is passionate about helping the young-at-heart, including people living with Parkinson’s, feel stronger and sharper so they can add years to their life and life to their years.

Katie’s fascination with the nervous system inspired her to pursue continuing education focused on the effects of exercise on cognition and neuroplasticity. She brings this knowledge into her practice, specializing in two key areas: improving brain health and reducing the risk of dementia, and helping people manage the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease through exercise.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys hiking, camping, baseball and playing the piano.
