Neuro Fit
Neuro Fit program at the YMCA is for people with Parkinson's, MS, and spinal-cord injuries. It's included in a YMCA membership, and there's a fee assistance program. They have in person options in Guelph and Kitchener, but also virtual options. Email katelyn.corke@ytr.ymca.ca to register for virtual classes.
